All shipping is flat rate based on your location and will be shown at checkout. We use a variety of carriers to ensure fast delivery such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, and others.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 1-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been sent. All shipping times are estimates given by the shipping carriers, please allow for potential delays within their network.

USA

Orders shipping within the continental US generally take 1-7 business days to arrive depending on shipping method. We offer 3 shipping options for US customers and are shown at checkout.

Canada

Orders shipping to Canada generally take 2-7 business days to arrive. $15 flat rate shipping to Canada on all orders with any taxes/duties also calculated and prepaid at checkout.

International

Orders shipping internationally generally take 4-10 business days to arrive. $25 flat rate International shipping on all orders with any taxes/duties also calculated and prepaid at checkout.

All international shipments may be subject to duties/taxes and are the responsibility of the customer and not Every Other Thursday.

Only full-priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. All discounted items are FINAL SALE as well as any items marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. If your item has a defect please contact info@everyotherthursday.com

Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery. If you have received your order more than 7 days ago it is unfortunately no longer eligible for returns or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packaging.

All US returns/exchanges are subject to an $8 flat rate return fee and a return label will be generated for you through the link below.

All international returns are completed at the customer's expense. Please follow the instructions through the link below to receive your shipping instructions.

All items have a size chart linked on the product page. Please refer to the size chart and measure against clothing you already own to confirm that you are ordering the correct size as items tend to sell out and might not be available in other sizes if you need to process an exchange. Packaging

All orders are purposely shipped without marketing inserts, hang tags, and other products that are usually discarded after opening. As well, all orders are shipped in either compostable poly mailers or 100% recyclable boxes with water-based adhesive Kraft paper tape that can be put into your residential recycling bin.  

Please do your part and recycle your packaging accordingly — and if composting, please remove shipping labels prior to doing so.

Production

Every Other Thursday’s products are Made in USA and Canada when possible to reduce transportation distance, carbon emissions, and ensure a higher level of quality. Products that are made in USA and Canada will be indicated as such in the product description.
