Black friday and holiday shipping & returns
All sales made on Black Friday weekend at a discounted price are only are eligible only for exchanges to accommodate any sizing issues (subject to availability). Headwear will remain final sale. All other sales are final and will not be eligible for returns for store credit. If you need to make a size exchange please visit returns.everyotherthursday.com.
If the size you wish to exchange for is no longer in stock when you process your exchange, then the item will remain final sale and cannot be returned.
As we move into the holiday season, there inevitably may come some delays. Orders typically ship out in 1-5 business days, however during the next 5 weeks we ask that you please allow a grace period of a couple of days for any potential delays at our warehouse. As well, all shipping carriers may face additional delays in transit and we have no control over a shipment once it has left our facility. If you are on a deadline to receive an item we suggest choosing a faster shipping method at checkout.
All full priced orders placed in the month of December will have an extended return window until December 31.
