Interesting, Dave! I’ve always hated the “Jets” name. Perhaps it was cool in the 1960s. I like the Buccaneers name. Also interesting was the team’s losing streak before changing its colors. A case can be made for the Lions to abandon its Honolulu Blue in favor of something much less pussy-like.

I was in CAtholic school, but my kids in my older sister’s class were hit by the nun, so my folks pulled us out. I’m still open to sending our kids to Catholic school though, for sure. Thanks for sharing!
