Interesting, Dave! I've always hated the "Jets" name. Perhaps it was cool in the 1960s. I like the Buccaneers name. Also interesting was the team's losing streak before changing its colors. A case can be made for the Lions to abandon its Honolulu Blue in favor of something much less pussy-like.

Hey Greg...all these days later and your social team drops the ball. Initial contact is good yet your promised follow up never occurs. You continue to make it worse.

This is such a disaster. You guys get paid to do this?

Thanks Greg...but it's unfortunate it took this post to get someone to respond. I don't hold that against you personally but I've reached out several times in social and other ways. I emailed the social team...we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the response.

Scott –

My name is Greg and I am with the Sears Cares Social Media Support team. I came across your Facebook post, which led me to your blog, and wanted to reach out to you and let you know how sorry we are for the multiple problems and failed repair attempts with your washer. I can certainly see why you and your wife are frustrated after having to wait for a technician multiple times only to have the problem return shortly after the repair visit. This is not the type of service you should expect from us, and definitely not the type of service you deserve, and we would like to speak with you about what has occurred.

At your convenience, please contact our office via email at smadvisor@searshc.com and one of our case managers will get in touch with you regarding your washer so you and your family will no longer have to be frustrated by what is happening. In the email, please provide a contact number and the phone number the washer was serviced under (if different than the contact phone number) and we will call you directly. In addition, please include your screen name (Scott Gulbransen) in the email for reference to your issue. Again, we are very sorry for all of the frustrations this has caused you and your family and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
