Don Martelli aka bigguyd
Don is a life-long resident of the Greater Boston area, former journalist, veteran of PR biz, part-time photographer and overall tech/social media geek. He’s married with two young daughters is better know to his friends (on and offline) as The Big Guy. On the social web, you’ll find him just about anywhere under the handle bigguyd.
Starting his professional career as a journalist for the Boston Globe, Don covered a variety of general news, business and political topics. He has spent roughly six years in communications roles in the higher ed industry and has worked for three leading communications agencies, having worked with a slew of big brands on traditional PR and social media campaigns.
For EoT, Don writes about his experiences as a father, typically around technology and gadgets, work/life balance, photography, social media and sports – all through his daddy goggles.
